We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, open to development, fluent in Hungarian and Romanian languages employee for secretarial and customer service tasks, starting from 1 May.
Main tasks:
Providing information and service to enquirers and customers by phone, online and in person at the customer service desk (advising, briefing, level tests, invoicing, taking card and cash payments);
Preparing, purchasing and multiplicating teaching materials requested by teachers;
Assisting in the organisation of events and training courses for project coordinators, examiners, training organisers;
Assisting in the administration of language exams (liaising with language examination centres and language test takers);
Keeping an inventory and order of classroom equipment, teaching materials, textbooks;
Cooperating with teachers and office staff.
