Social entrepreneurship have become as one of the actual topics all over in Europe. Social enterprises are recognized as vehicle for social and economical cohesion across Europe as they help build a pluralistic and resilient social market economy. Building on the strengths of a long social economy tradition, social entrepreneurs are also drivers of change, creating innovation solutions to the challenges. Acting in the general in interest, they create jobs, provide innovative products and services, and promote a more sustainable economy. They are based on values of solidarity and empowerment; they create opportunities.
Social enterprises offer a model for 21st century business that balances financial, social, cultural and environmental needs. The aim of the project is to:

- Develop joint measures for promotion of Social Entrepreneurship education by:
- Identifying and promoting best existing practices of social enterprises in different EU countries;
- Developing set of materials that adult educators can use in trainings intended for new social business start-ups;
- Providing experience exchange through learning mobilities for potential social business start-ups;
- Implementing pilot activities in all partner countries with main focus to promote development of new social entrepreneurs.
