Application for mobility projects in adult education is too marginal within our existing and available European network from our perspective and cognition. Especially small organization are shy of applying for own projects. Quite often time and efforts are too considerable, and the prospects of success are valued too low. Corresponding organizations have to less experiences in writing own applications on European level.  Furthermore, they cannot always fall back on an adequate network of experienced cooperation partner or organizations according to project application and implementation of mobility projects. In general, it seems that the “new” concept/system under Erasmus+ for mobilities is too complicated in comparison to the former Grundtvig program.

The prior objective of this project is to promote the importance of learning mobilities abroad for increasing the quality of educational work especially in adult education as well as the internationalization of adult education organizations.

We want to promote the importance of transnational workshops for a proper development of skills and competencies of adult educators, who has to work flexible and with different learner groups, which requires innovative and informal teaching methods as well as a high intercultural competence.

To reach the objective on regional level we want to encourage and support European partners to and by the application for and implementation of learning activities. According to this aim we want to increase the competence of the partners of this project, acting in adult education.  We want to enable each of them in a collaborative learning activity to apply for mobility projects, to consult, select, prepare and send participants to learning activities abroad and to organize and implement learning activities for participants from other European countries.
