V-PAL -Video-based peer practice among language teachers - provides a platform and know-how for language teachers in adult education to produce, share and peer-review hand-held videos of their own teaching practices as a method for strengthening their teaching skills.

With the V-PAL project the partner group aims to increase the quality of adult language teaching.

Participating countries also seek to:
• strengthen the teachers' opportunities for continuing education – also in places where there are poor opportunities for continuing education;
• increase the teachers’ satisfaction in the job by creating professional development and pride;
• strengthen the individual at a time when greater demands are made on the effectiveness of the teaching, and where conditions and resources decrease.

The partnership is made up of six organizations from five European countries, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Romania and Cyprus.
