BRIDGE identifies relevant social and digital skills for staff in home care, for older people and youngsters,
combined with related learning materials, will develop scenarios for inter-generational cooking events. BRIDGE makes an innovative fusion between culinary heritage and digital readiness. Youngsters develop online cookbooks.
During this activity they communicate with older people. These older people develop their social and digital skills through
training by staff, the use the online cook book and cooking events. Youngsters also discover how to learn from older people.
Part of the activities is collecting traditional recipes, adapting to modern nutrition values and cooking with older people. This
contributes also to the culinary heritages of European regions.
