Equal Steps – a family learning project fostering gender equality through education, dialogue, and practical tools for parents and practitioners.

The goal of Equal Steps is to support parents, educators, and community practitioners in understanding and addressing gender inequality within family life. The project offers a blended learning programme for parents alongside a comprehensive resource pack for practitioners, grounded in research and real community experience across four partner countries — Ireland, Romania, Austria, and Poland.
