#BeyondWalls
There is a well founded debate in many forums about the extent to which current school education meets the requirements of the 21st century and the extent to which the knowledge provided in school is useful for children's future, their future occupation, their livelihood and their quality of life.
Among other things, critics of the system call for the introduction of project-based sessions, where teamwork can develop the skills needed for future employment.
There is also a debate in many forums, about whether 'project-based' learning can be considered learning at all. Like any method, the project method can be very sloppy and ineffective, or it can be very high quality and very effective.
In the framework of the Erasmus+ project #BeyondWalls - Facilitating the implementation of sustainability projects in and out of school, we plan to help secondary school classes and teachers to organise and run effective projects, and to evaluate together the pedagogical returns of the projects.
The initiator of the project is #Újpedagógia Budapest, an organisation with which we have already organised several successful training courses in cooperation with in Miercurea Ciuc recently
